中铁一局集团有限公司（简称“中铁一局”或“公司”）为国家大型综合施工企业，是世界500强企业--中国中铁股份有限公司的全资子公司。公司前身为铁道部第一工程局，1950年5月始建于甘肃天水，1970年由乌鲁木齐迁至西安，2000年改制为中铁一局集团有限公司。作为共和国铁路建设的排头兵，中铁一局始终致力于国家基础设施建设。2015年6月，该集团委托我方为其翻译资料，涉及到公司的红头文件，翻译量为10余万字，要求我公司3天之内交稿，我公司接到稿件后分给专业的译员，按质按量完成任务，获得该集团领导的一致好评。

第一条 为规范公司内部审计工作，强化企业内部控制，规避企业经营及管理风险，提高公司经济效益，根据《中华人民共和国审计法》、《审计署关于内部审计工作的规定》和《中央企业内部审计管理暂行办法》、《中国内部审计准则》等国家有关法律法规,以及《中国中铁股份有限公司审计工作规定》等内部审计相关规定，并结合公司实际情况，制定本规定。

Article 1 In order to standardize internal audit, strengthen internal control, avoid operation and management risks and improve economic benefits of the company, the rules are formulated according to relevant laws and regulations of the state of Audit Law of People’s Republic of China, Regulations of Audit Administration on Internal Audit, Internal Audit Management System of Central Enterprises (Provisional) and Internal Audit Standards of China and relevant internal audit regulations of Audit Rules of CREC in combination with actual situation.
